Today...
had diarrhoea

I bleieve taht eevryone would have their ups and downs
and today, its the start of my "down" period
I was extremely suay today
or maybe i can say that i dun know wat got over to me
in the morning, i was late by 3 mins
then during two trainings, i am the last to finish the training program
i have no idea wat happen to me
i just cant row fast
dunno why
no matter how hard i try
it just didnt work
and i dun like it!
den at the last part, i capsize and lost my specs
cant help it sia
i too generous liao
this is my second pair of specs to donate to macritchie
idiot la!

in the end, with the help of the camera function of my phone
i view the bus number from far by focusing with the camera

today was the 10km time trial
realise that we were all behind the actual competition
we are not ready yet.
at first, yp was the one leading, then adriel lead in the front
adriel is super fast.
i tried to catch up
but to no avail
lol
hahhaha
then after training.
me and sam ng went to chin hou's house
we were supposed to go swimming after that.
in the end
we stayed at his house all the way till 7 plus
lol
hahaha
his sofa damn nice
i slept for a long time on his sofa
damn comfortable.

den now, i am back home.
a bit sian sian
but i am going to put up my new blgoskin soon
at 12 midnight.
