today
have gym training in the morning due to the rain

first time do with olympic bar

thx to guo hui and joseph ad of course edwin, they taught me a lot in handling the bar and helping to assist.

then after training, the team went to lot one for lunch

den after lunch, i was playing with samuel ng, guo hui and samuel tay(with the help of edwin) in bridge.

played for quite a long time sia

then after that went back home
then i straight away went to sleep after bathing...

the bath was damn shiok
hot water bath in cold weather is the best sia
really helps to relax.
